The living room area is 12 feet wide and 16 feet long. It has a window (4 feet 4 inches wide by 3 feet high) in the outside wall. Doors provide access to the bedroom and the Water Heater and A/C room. Furniture includes black metal futon with organic cotton mattress and cover; two table lamps, two solid wood lamp tables; one floor lamp; one solid wood coffee table; one solid wood cabinet on casters, (normally used as TV/VCR stand with storage below); one color TV, with approx. 20 inch screen; and one black metal bakers rack with 4 glass shelves.
